May 19 annual meeting. Bench dedication. Cake and pizza.

by | May 14, 2026 | Events

WHEN: Bench dedication at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday May 19. Annual meeting starts about 6 p.m.

WHERE: On the beautiful shore of the Little Hunting Creek Preserve-South (8726 Stockton Parkway)

Join us for a dedication of a memorial bench for Friends of Little Hunting Creek’s co-founder and long-time Treasurer Paul Siegel. We’ll serve a celebratory cake.

The dedication will be immediately followed by the annual meeting, at which we’ll elect officers and board members, approve a budget, and serve pizza.

TO DO: Join or renew your membership in the Friends of Little Hunting Creek!

To vote, you must pay your annual dues of $5. (We also now offer a lifetime membership.) You can also bring a check or cash and filled-out application to the meeting, but it’s easier for us if you pay dues in advance.

If you join but are unable to attend the 3 p.m. meeting on May 19, you may designate another FOLHC member by PROXY to cast your vote at this meeting. It is important for you to send us your Proxy if you cannot attend, so we can establish a quorum.

To Vote by Proxy

Please send an email to info@folhc.org with your proxy no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, May 18, 2026, for your proxy to be counted.

In the body of your email, please type your name and COPY ONE OPTION from below into the message.

___ Option1: I give my Proxy to the current President of Friends of Little Hunting Creek
